The best photo I've taken comes from this week it turned out that way because of the subject was looking at just the right spot the an old young contrast is always nice. Honestly the focus is in the wrong spot and the lighting is decent at bet. It really came down to timing and little to do with any skill.

The worst photo I've published is probably the following. It's boring, there's glare on multiple subjects, and it's focused on the chair more than the people.

How can I improve? Lighting, Im always getting a source from the wrong location thus creating shadows or glare.
